Payment
Payment is made by bank transfer. Our manager will provide the payment details when confirming your order.
After you place an order, our manager will contact you to confirm the details and arrange payment.

Warranty and Returns
Our products, excluding accessories, are covered by a 12-month warranty from the commissioning date.
You may return or exchange products within 14 days of receipt, provided they are undamaged and show no signs of use, repair, modification, or unauthorised interference. The original packaging must also remain intact.
